From company founder Jim Renwick:
American Gutter Systems was started in 2003 by Jim Renwick, when he recognized there was a need in Erie, PA, for an adequate gutter cover and heating system. With Jim’s background in construction and fabrication, he was able to design a bending machine that would make larger and more accommodating gutters for variable weather areas such as Erie.
Jim was then able to take his idea one step further by installing a heated cable through the gutter, hood and downspout eliminating ice and snow build-up.
The company has several patent-pending ideas and is ready to go nationwide.
Why the name American Gutter Systems, Inc?
I served in the U.S. Navy for 18 years and have a loyalty and dedication to my country. I believe that we should buy American and help keep our great country going stronger then ever.
